Click "Start Free Trial" on the homepage, enter your business details, and you'll be up and running in minutes. No credit card required for the trial.
Go to Dashboard → Contacts → Import. Upload a CSV file with columns for name, email, phone, address, and postcode. XIFY will automatically parse and import your contacts.
SMS is charged per segment: 1 credit = 1 segment. Messages up to 160 characters (GSM-7) use 1 segment. Longer messages or those with special characters use multiple segments. Check our pricing page for credit packages.
Yes! Under UK PECR regulations, you must have explicit opt-in consent before sending marketing SMS. Transactional messages (like booking confirmations) don't require consent if they're necessary for the service.
XIFY automatically sends email and SMS reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before appointments. You can customize the templates in Settings → Reminders.

Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
