Terms of Service

By accessing or using XIFY's booking automation platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, team members, and administrators who access the Service through our web platform or Telegram bot integrations.
Subject to these Terms, XIFY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Service for your legitimate business purposes
- Store and manage customer booking data through our platform
- Use our Telegram bot integrations for booking automation and invoice processing
- Create team member accounts within your subscription limits
- Access our API and integrations as documented
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials, Telegram bot tokens, and security codes. You are responsible for all activities under your account and team member access codes.
Security Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram bot tokens, security codes, and access credentials. XIFY cannot be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain security.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, violate data protection regulations, transmit malicious code, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or resell the Service without permission.
XIFY provides Telegram bot integrations as a core part of the Service. You are responsible for bot token security and must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. Our bots are for internal business use only (staff-facing tools, not customer-facing).
Bot Token Security
Never share your bot tokens publicly. If compromised, revoke immediately through Telegram's BotFather and update in your XIFY settings.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. We offer a 14-day free trial. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the renewal date. Price changes require 30 days advance notice.
You may cancel anytime through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations or non-payment.
You retain all rights to your data. We process data per our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. You must obtain customer consent and comply with data protection laws.
Your GDPR Responsibilities

- • Honor customer deletion requests (right to be forgotten)
We strive for 99.9% uptime but may suspend the Service for maintenance, security patches, or emergency repairs. We provide advance notice when possible.
The Service and its content are owned by XIFY and protected by international intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. XIFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
